Throne of Glass

This project was my first of 4th year and based on the fantasy book series, Throne of Glass, by Sarah J Maas.

I have designed for seven characters from the story, adapting it slightly to create a hypothetical television adaptation.

In this project, I experimented with combining historical and otherworldly silhouettes, intricate textiles, printing and fabric manipulation.

My final costume was based on the character Manon Blackbeak, a ruthless queen of witches.
